Jalal is the managing partner in JGC. He is a member of the Yemen Association of Certified Public Accountants and he is a member of Yemen Institute of Internal Auditors.

Jalal has more than 17 years of professional and academic experience in finance and accounting services, internal audit, risk management, third party monitoring and evaluation, governance and policies advisories, ERP systems consultations, IT audit, finance and accounting advisories, tax advisories, costing and budgeting, this diversity of experience enables him to understand the needs of clients and work to meet their expectations with the highest degree of efficiency.

Jalal is a lecturer in Sana’a University – faculty of commerce and economics, he teaches many subjects in the accounting and audit section.

Jalal has many roles in the governance bodies, Board of Trustees, internal audit committee chief, internal audit committee member for many organizations.

During his experience he was providing solutions for implementing many financial systems such as Oracle E Business V 12, Work Cube, Kerradge, Al Ameen, Focus, Onex Pro. He was involved in the whole process of implementing such financial systems from designing process till delivering the service to the end user.

Bassam Al-Ariki

Bassam is a partner in JGC and currently he is leading financial systems advisory services. He is a member of the Yemen Association of Certified Public Accountants and he is a member of Yemen Institute of Internal Auditors.

Bassam has more than 16 years of experience in finance management, internal and external audit, budgeting, and oil & gas accounting. Also, He has extensive experience in Joint Venture Accounting and Reporting.

During his experience, he was managing some project budgets of INGOs and participated in preparing proposals, and budgets for Humanitarian Projects.

Bassam was participating in implementing many financial systems such as Oracle E-Business R 12 at OXY Oman, Work Cube, and ERP Onex Pro.
